Strawberry Rhubarb Cake Natalie H. Johnson 4 c. rhubarb 1 c. sugar 13-oz. box strawberry jello 2 c. Jiffy cake mix 1 c. cold water 5 Tbsp. melted oleo Grease 6 X 9" pan. (I use pyrex,) Put fresh or frozen rhubarb in pan, sprinkle with sugar, then jello. Over all this sprinkle white or yello cake mix (dry). pour over this the water. Then drizzle melted oleo over the top. DO NOT MIX ANY OF THESE INGREDIENTS. Bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour. Serve hot or cold with or without whipped cream. MMMMM GOOD
