Shrimp and Pea Salad Betty Poulin Use equal amount of "Small Bay Shrimp" and small peas. Rinse shrimp; freshen flavor by a short soak in salted milk. Drain. Rinse peas under warm water to defrost. Drain. Combine shrimp and peas with chopped greentail onions and small diced celery to make a good proportoin. Add Kraft's mayo, enough to moisten nicely. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce leaves.
