Scalloped Tomatoes Karen Rose Miller 1 lb. 13 oz. can tomatoes 1 c. toasted bread cubes 1/4 c. margarine, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. honey 1/8 tsp. basil Combine bread cubes and margarine in a 2 qt. casserole.Layer tomatoes, seasonings, honey and bread cubes, ending with bread cubes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
