Rhubarb Pie Dorothy McNamara 1 1/3 c. granulated sugar 4 tsp. quick cooking tapioca 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind 4 c. unpeeled rhubarb cut in 1 " pieces 1 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tsp. flour 1 Tbsp. melted butter Line a pie plate with pastry. Fill with above ingredients that have been mixed together. Top with upper crust. (I always make a lattice top.) Bake in hot oven about 40 minutes.
