Pistachio Coffee Cake Barbara Holden 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1/2 pt. sour cream 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil Greas and flour tube pan. Mix above ingredients. Pour half the batter into the pan. Cover with: 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. chopped nuts Put the rest of mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
