Pea and Almond Salad Connie Purvis 1 lb. frozen peas 1/2 c. hickory-smoked almonds 1 c. celery 3/4 c. green onions 1/4 c. sour cream 2 tsp. mayonnaise Salt Pepper Combine peas, almonds, chopped celery, and chopped green onions. Set aside. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Fold into pea mixture to coat evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
