Lazy Lasagna Cindy Strickland 8 oz. broad egg noodles 1 c. ricotta or cottage cheese 2/3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 c. parmesan cheese 2 1/2 c. prepared spagehtti sauce If desired, 3/4 to 1 lb. of browned ground beef may be added. Cook noodles, drain. Toss noodles with cheeses. In a 2 quart baking dish, spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom. Layer half the noodle mix and the sauce, repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
