Key Lime Pie

Mix together:
1 can condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. lime juice

Beat 1 egg white stiff; fold into above mixture. Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add 6 Tbsp. sugar and 1.2 tsp. cream of tartar to make meringue topping.

Place filling in baked pie shell. Top with meringue mixture. Bake at350 until egg whites are golden brown.
