Fasoulia Khadra (Lamb with Green Beans) Natalie L. May Wilson Boil in water until tender: 3 lb. lamb with bones 1 onion salt Remove fat and bones. Cut lamb in 1" cubes. Save water. Cut 1 1/2 lbs. green beans in 2" pieces. Chop 1 onion, saute in oil. Add lamb, beans and onion to water and cook on very low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add salt, pepper and 1-3 tsp. cinnamon.
