Fancy Fast Chicken Cindy Strickland 3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned (6 pieces) 6 slices swiss cheese 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. white wine 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream chicken soup 2 c. herb stuffing 1 stick butter or margarine Place chicken in lightly greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Top each piece with slice of swiss cheese. Lay mshrooms over cheese. Mix can of soup with wine and pour over chicken. Spread stuffing mix, dry, over top and drizzle melted butter all over. Bake one hour at 350 oven.
