Celery Relish Laura Bosley 1 pt. celery, cut up 1 pt. chopped onion 2 green peppers, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 1 cup vinegar 1 cup water 2/3 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. mustard seed Cook combined ingredients slowly till clear and tender, about 30 minutes. Have jars and lids sterilized and hot. Can while hot and seal.
